With over 30 years' experience in education, I have dedicated my career to helping schools, leaders and young people flourish. My journey has taken me from the classroom to headship, executive leadership, governance and coaching, always driven by a belief that great leadership creates the conditions for everyone to succeed.
After retiring from headship, I co-founded Antwis Collaborative to continue supporting schools in a different way. I wanted to combine decades of practical leadership experience with coaching, professional development and school improvement to help leaders navigate the challenges of modern education with confidence and clarity.

As Director of Antwis Collaborative, I work alongside schools, trusts and education professionals to provide coaching, leadership development and practical support tailored to their needs.
