About Us
Nicki Antwis, is an education professional with over 30 years of experience and a passion for making a difference in schools. With 20 years spent in school and MAT leadership roles, Nicki has had the privilege of guiding and transforming schools, helping pupils, teachers, support staff and school leaders achieve their full potential.
Simon Antwis has also worked in schools for over 30 years. Simon has led schools in both the state and independent sector, in both England and Wales and is highly experienced in leading secondary and all through schools.
Our Professional Journeys
Throughout our careers, we’ve held a variety of roles across different types of schools, from leading individual schools to taking on senior positions in multi-academy trusts (MATs), from independent to state schools, from primary to secondary to all through schools - we have experienced them all!
Simon has previously served as an Estyn inspector in Wales. He has also utilised his coaching skills in supporting new headteachers across a large school group.
Most recently, Nicki has focused on leading school improvement across large networks of schools, most recently as Executive Director of Learning for a MAT with 15 schools. In this role, she led school improvement initiatives, driving progress in pupil achievement, curriculum development, and teaching standards.
Nicki also had the honour of serving as a Regional Delivery Manager for National Professional Qualifications (NPQs), where she facilitated leadership training and provided coaching for school leaders.

Our approach is collaborative and centered on continuous improvement. We believe that the key to unlocking a school’s potential lies in strong, empathetic leadership and a deep commitment to professional development. We work alongside school leaders and teachers to create environments where pupils flourish and where every decision is made with the aim of improving pupils’ life chances.
